Let's dive deep into something I believe is the missing piece in most health conversations: vitality 🌟

The Wheel of Healing and Vitality represents a holistic approach to health and wellness, but today I want to focus on that second word - vitality. What exactly is it, and why is it so crucial for our wellbeing right now?

To me, vitality is that natural energy that flows within us - not the artificial buzz from caffeine or the forced energy from pushing through exhaustion, but that authentic life force that exists in every cell of our body. When we have abundant vital energy, everything changes. We're able to accomplish what we want to do with greater ease. We feel happier, more resilient, more alive.
