At the center: Consistency & Action balanced with Loving Kindness.

These two forces work like yin and yang, supporting each other every step of the way. You need the discipline to prioritize your health daily AND the self-compassion to be gentle with yourself when things don't go as planned. This balance is what makes the wheel turn in a sustainable, long-lasting way.

Because we're not just thinking about living long - we're thinking about healthspan. The quality of those years.

The inner circle

Six personal aspects where you direct your attention including mindfulness, massage, myofascial yoga, dynamic stretching, core strengthening and healthy consumption. Feeling imbalanced? Experiencing unexplained pain? Maybe you need to focus more attention on certain aspects of the wheel versus others. This is your internal toolkit.

The outer circle

How you extend outward and bring health in from the outside - through nature and community such as trusted friends and family. Because healing isn't just an inside job.

This wheel has been my blueprint for years. It's helped me overcome injuries, navigate profound loss, and grow through struggles and challenges.

It's not about perfection - it's about having a comprehensive map so you always know where to turn your attention.

When you approach your health this holistically, you're not just treating symptoms or following the latest trend. You're creating a sustainable foundation that will serve you for decades.
